    Health and immunisation

You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of all recommended vaccinations and health precautions before departure. Vaccination and other health requirements and recommendations are subject to change at any time for any destination. Therefore, please consult with a doctor or clinic not less than six weeks before departure to ensure that you will meet the requirements and have the applicable information.

    Travel insurance

As per our terms and conditions, it is a condition of acceptance that you will have adequate travel insurance at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must cover you for local and international medical repatriation, cancellation and curtailment cover, and the more standard cover: money, delayed flights, lost passports, etc. You must have cover for any activities you intend to do on your holiday. It is your responsibility to ascertain from the insurance company that no exclusions are applied and that you have the correct amount of coverage.

    International Flights

If you are booking your own flights that involve connecting flights, we recommend booking all legs of the journey on a single ticket for smoother travel. This way, your baggage will be checked through to your final destination and you can transit at the connecting airport without needing to go through immigration. Additionally, the airline will be responsible for ensuring both you and your luggage reach your final destination. If you choose to use air miles (or other reward schemes) for certain flights and ask us to book other legs of the trip, it is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with the connection times. While airlines with codeshare agreements can check your baggage through to your final destination on separate tickets, and thus helping you avoid immigration at your connecting port, please know this is not guaranteed. When flights are not booked on one ticket, we strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance cover in the event of delay.

    Luggage restrictions

International flights: please check luggage restrictions for your carry-on and checked-in luggage.

Domestic flights: please check the back page of your itinerary for guidance. Additional allowances can be purchased.

    Money and tipping

We recommend taking cash with you for tips. Specific guidance can be found on the back page of your itinerary. Before your holiday, you may wish to inform your bank that you’ll be travelling abroad.

    Check-in for your flights

Depending on the airline, you can check in and reserve seats between 24 and 48 hours prior to your departure. We suggest you do this as early as possible to ensure you can reserve seats together.
