Food

The resort offers a diverse selection of dining options, including the charming Gin’ja which serves fresh seafood overlooking the ocean – and the 19th century elegantly restored Le Château de Bel Ombre manor house, where you can enjoy traditional Mauritian delight or gastronomic French cuisine. Annabella’s, the main restaurant named as a tribute to Charles's wife, located at the heart of the resort, serves breakfast and dinner from its interactive show kitchen – guests and the kitchen brigade alike enjoy a wonderfully convivial atmosphere.

Activity

There are plenty of land and water activities across the whole Domaine de Bel Ombre estate to keep guests. Of note is the world famous golf course, quad and mountain biking through the Frederica Nature Reserve or boats tours to view dolphins or dive and snorkel off tropical reefs. For those seeking less active pursuits, there are hammocks amongst the tropical gardens and a luxurious spa with wellbeing classes and a resident osteopath.
