Located on the southern most tip of the Maldives archipelago, Raffles Maldives Meradhoo provides guests with unparalleled luxury from the minute they arrive on the Main Island. This main private island is home to 22 villas, including the Residences and Beach Villas, plus the overwater Raffles Spa, main pool and soft white sandy beach where the restaurants Thari and The Firepit are located along with the Maldivian interpretation of the legendary Long Bar.

The Overwater Island, a 2 minute boat ride from the Main Island, features 16 villas, some of which greet the rising sun in the east and others face west to capture the stunning sunsets. The Nikkei-inspired restaurant Yuzu, and adjacent Yapa bar are also found here, giving guests breathtaking views of the Maldivian horizon.

Raffles Royal Residence, located on the main island and served round the clock by Raffles Butlers, is a peerless escape with its own private beach, gardens and infinity pool.

The resort boasts some of the largest villas in the Maldives. Guests can choose from beach or overwater villas and residences, all impeccably designed and featuring luxury bedding, air conditioning, a minibar, and free high-speed internet. Beach villas open onto a spacious patio featuring an outdoor sofa, dining area and private pool; whilst the overwater villas come equipped with a large terrace and steps straight down into the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Raffles Maldives Resort has three restaurants and 2 bars; Thari for all day dining, BBQ on the beach care of Firepit and signature Japanese restaurant, Yuzu. Private dining options, with a 24-hour butler and private chef service allow guests to enjoy privacy from their villa. With its chic design and beachfront position, the Long Bar, the Maldivian interpretation of iconic original, is the perfect place to choose from a selection of signature cocktails, including the ‘Maldivian Sling’, a variation on the original Singapore Sling famously created at Raffles Singapore.

The resort features two swimming pools (one on each island) and complimentary water sports include kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and snorkelling gear (jet skis and seabobs are available at extra cost).
