Originally established in 1988, Cap Juluca now falls under the Belmond luxury brand, injecting a vibrant and playful essence that distinguishes it as a premier destination in the area. Every detail, from the room keys adorned with an image of a 3,000 year-old Rainbow God to the meticulously crafted loungers from Nicaragua, reflects meticulous attention and passion. The resort's dining establishments, all boasting ocean-front views and an atmosphere of refined elegance, embody the ethos of 'Fine tropical produce with a Caribbean kick.' Leading the culinary offerings is Pimms Restaurant, featuring a tented roof and specializing in locally sourced fish and seafood delicacies. Adjacent to Pimms is Cip's by Cipriani, drawing inspiration from the renowned Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice, offering Italian classics such as tagliatelle with crayfish and tiramisu. For lunch, Maundays Club and Pool provide a delightful setting.
