Food

The Capra is passionate about quality and authenticity and this extends to their farm to table dining philosophy. The Brasserie provides authentic and honest cuisine in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.  Delicious food is made with attention to detail and menus focus on making unpretentious dishes that use local and sustainably sourced ingredients. The menu changes with the season and ingredients are sourced from farmers and artisans who are passionate about quality.

Drink

The Wine Cellar offers their Chef’s Table menu (with advanced booking). In this intimate setting, an inspired 5-course set menu is served with an optional selection of Swiss wine pairings. Additionally, the wine list includes exciting vintages from established wineries worldwide with a strong emphasis on local wines from the Valais. The Valais, Switzerland’s foremost wine-growing region, is also home to the highest vines in Europe, located 1,100m above sea level at Visperterminen. The three main varieties are Pinot Noir, Chasselas and Gamay.

Wellness

Spa facilities include three treatment rooms, a relaxation area, sauna, steam and salt therapy rooms, an indoor pool and outdoor hydrotherapy pool. There is also a fully-equipped fitness suite and yoga studio, where classes are held with the in-house instructor, included in your room rate. In addition to the Peak Health Spa, there is a private Spa of approx. 90 m2 with a sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool which can be booked separately for private use.
