In the heart of Val Thorens, Le Fitz Roy is a ski-in ski-out hotel comprised of 72 rooms. With direct access to the slopes and a number of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, everything you need is just a stones throw. Its warm and welcoming atmosphere, makes it feel like home from home, whilst adding a little elegance to your trip, as you sip cocktails in the sophisticated lounge bar. Their stunning terrace is lined with sheepskin deckchairs, looking out onto the slopes, where you can enjoy a vin chaud as you soak up the sun.

Rooms

There are 58 rooms at Le Fitz Roy, each uniquely adapted to suit your needs, whether travelling as a couple or a family, there are a range of room types to choose from. From the smaller Superior rooms measuring 25 sqm to the suites, almost triple the size, measuring 75 sqm. The rooms are inspired by the 3 Valleys. From their location at the foot of the slopes to their balconies overlooking the region, the alps are everywhere you turn. In the rooms, you will find wooden cladding, cosy woollen fabrics, soft leather chairs and warm tones hinting at traditional alpine interior, yet with an elegant and cosmopolitan feel to it.

Food

From Plougasnou in Bretagne to Val Thorens in the Alps, chef José Bailly's carefully curated menu is just the type of food you crave after a hard days skiing. From Iberian pork ribs to rainbow trout, confit chicken, chocolate mousse and crème brulee, there’s sure to be something to take your fancy. For breakfast enjoy a spread of freshly baked bread, pastries, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses as well as a selection of hot options.

Wellness

A nature bath at the summit, relaxation by the pool, a game of draughts by the fireplace, and sunbathing on the balcony - LeFitz Roy is the perfect place to relax. The spa is open from 10.00 am – 8.00 pm daily, complimentary to hotel guests, and offers a range of massage treatments. Whilst the Turkish bath and Nordic sauna will be a perfect remedy for any sore muscles.
