The main reason it has managed to remain as popular as ever is that, while it is located on a fairly thin strip of land, it is still very small, and so the onus is on the service and the general feeling of exclusivity. The sister property to both the Breezes and Baraza, which are next door, you also have access to the extensive facilities at Breezes.

The beach that runs from the Palms right through to the North is one of the most spectacular stretches on the island. At low tide, there is a lot of beach exposed, but, most of the time, this is a truly spectacular sight with pristine and powder white sand. Certainly one of the best beaches on the island; the only potential drawback these days is the increase of beach sellers.

Each of the luxury villas in the Palms is very spacious and crammed with all of the amenities you would expect from this property level. All have TVs with DVD players, air-con, an entire lounge area and vast beds and bathrooms. On top of this, the outside also features a private Jacuzzi and lounge area.
