Featuring nine villas each designed with a unique interpretation of Zanzibari style, and positioned on one of the island's finest beaches, Xanadu offers true beach luxury. Villas surround a central pool and dining area, and are set within a tropical garden and palm trees. Each villa has its own plunge pool, outside shower, and bathroom(s) with dual sinks, and is fully equipped with a lounge & kitchen with fridge. A dedicated butler is also on hand to assist throughout the duration of your stay. Linen and towels are provided, along with a daily housekeeping and laundry service.

Luxury Kiota Spa is the place to relax, revitalize and breathe again via a combination of natural products and treatments. Products used by the professional therapists are from the Africology range, supplemented by organic, locally produced products.
