About

Designed to blend in with it's surroundings, Singita Boulders Lodge incorporates modern and traditional influences. Sympathetically built using traditional materials of wood, stone and thatch, this luxurious lodge in the game-rich Sabi Sand Reserve, blends light, colour and texture into vast interiors that spill onto expansive wooden decks. The lodge's area features striking black stone walls and guests can relax in comfy seating in the central area. Stories and sightings are shared in The Copper Bar, a cleverly designed communal space, which serves freshly pressed juices, espressos and cocktails. There are also massage and gym facilities, raised viewing decks, a shaded swimming pool and a world-class wine cellar.

Rooms

12 glass-fronted suites offer the utmost privacy, ultra-spacious interiors and heated pools, with handmade furnishings and soft, natural fabrics mirroring the breathtaking scenery outside. Featuring a large four-poster bed, minibar, air conditioning plus a fireplace for chilly evenings, each room also has en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, a stylish tub and distinctive towel-holders. There are comfy chairs inside and on the private raised deck outside, and a plunge pool overlooking the plains.

Activities

Known for exceptional game-viewing and particularly frequent leopard sightings, Singita Boulders Lodge has access to 45,000 acres of untouched wilderness in the privately owned Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Guest can explore the rich animal and birdlife on guided game drives and bush walks, go mountain biking with a guide or visit the Sabi Sand canine unit and learn about their anti-poaching work. Back at the lodge, enjoy wine tasting with Singita’s experienced sommeliers, a tailor made massage or pick out a special gift in the boutique; home to fine-art prints and works by some of the most respected artists on the continent.
